Each session allows the participants to learn more about themselves through the Temple practices, introducing them to a wealth of physical acting exercises to take away and use in their own artistic work — and life.

SENSORIAL CHOICES:
FROM PERCEPTION TO PROJECTION
When we start to viscerally re-connect with our senses, perception and projection become simple choices. By engaging with ritual tools to explore and evoke the elements, we learn how to shape our own experience.
As creatives, actors and humans we have, quite literally, the ability to shape reality and write our own story.

SHAMANIC PRACTICES FOR ACTING:
THE ANIMAL SELF
Energetic animal work blended with European shamanism: re-establish an harmonious communication with your instinct, enabling the wildest parts of yourself to emerge through physical exploration. Find depth in movement and become more aware of how uniquely your body communicates when safely held by your Tribe.

ARCHETYPES:
EMBODIMENT AND ENSEMBLE
The result of an extensive research in storytelling
and anti-oppression social studies. A fresh perspective on the way we perceive human roles: no longer distinguished by norms (binary gender, jobs, standards or other unreal systems) but purely based on energetic qualities.
The physical analysis of the Realm's archetypes will empower the way you tell your story, on stage and to the world.

DEVISING: SPIRITUAL ECOLOGY THROUGH MYTHOLOGY
Myths are fractals of the world.
The core of these narratives is woven within our human fabric and is still present in today’s culture. We work with mythological themes to create collective transformative experiences in alignment with Nature, which truly are a celebration of our existence.

WHO IS THIS TRAINING FOR?
Our workshops are open to anyone who wish a deeper insight about the way we co-create within the circle: they give you the opportunity to develop your confidence and physical skills further, in a safe environment with like-minded people aligned with Nature.

This workshop is designed for participants aged 18 and over.
No previous experience necessary, this workshop is suitable for all.

This is a highly energetic workshop, suitable for participants with an interest in expanding their knowledge and practice of physical theatre.
